Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RapidOddsAPI service ("Service") operated by JEMP Enterprises, trading as RapidOddsAPI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RapidOddsAPI provides a REST API that delivers real-time and historical bookmaker odds data across multiple sports, leagues, and market types. The data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial guidance of any kind.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API key. You must not share your API key with third parties or use another person's account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. API Key Security

Upon registration, you will receive an API key. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. If you believe your key has been compromised, you should regenerate it immediately from your dashboard. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your API key.

5. Credits & Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each API request consumes credits based on the number of market types and bookmakers requested. Free accounts receive a one-time allocation of credits. Paid plans receive monthly credits that reset each billing cycle.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the API data without prior written consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or other technical restrictions
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the data to create a competing service

7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date odds data, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data obtained through the Service. You acknowledge that odds data can change rapidly and may not always reflect the most current information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEMP Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JEMP Enterprises and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

Data coverage for individual bookmakers, sports, or markets may vary and is subject to change without notice. Specific bookmaker data sources may experience temporary outages or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of data from any particular bookmaker, league, or market type. Credits will not be refunded for requests made during periods of partial data availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
