  • Account information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account
  • API usage data: Request logs including timestamps and credits consumed, used to display usage statistics in your dashboard
  • Subscription information: Your subscription tier, billing cycle dates, and payment status
  • Referral attribution: If you arrive via an affiliate referral link, the referral code that brought you here, recorded against your account at signup
  • Affiliate payout details: If you join our affiliate program, your chosen payout method and the details needed to pay you (a PayPal email address, or a BSB and account number for Australian bank transfers)

We do not collect or store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Authenticate API requests
  • Track credit usage and enforce plan limits
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Communicate important service updates
  • Respond to support requests
  • Attribute referred signups and calculate and pay affiliate commissions

We do not use your information for direct marketing unless you have opted in.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Supabase: Authentication, database, and data storage. Hosted in cloud infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

These services may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these overseas locations. We ensure these providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. API keys are stored using SHA-256 hashing. Passwords are encrypted. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for the purpose of providing usage statistics. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

If you visit the site through an affiliate referral link, we store the referral code in your browser (a first-party cookie and local storage) for up to 90 days so that a signup can be attributed to the referring affiliate. This stores only the referral code, not any personal information, and it is deleted once you sign up or when it expires.

8. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Make a complaint about how we handle your information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
