Player Props
Odds API
RapidOddsAPI is a player props odds API. It returns real-time over/under and milestone prices on individual players, from points and passing yards to strikeouts, disposals and shots on target, from 20+ bookmakers in one standardised feed. Player names match across every book, so a DraftKings line sits right next to Bet365, Sportsbet and the rest.

Two Prop Formats, One Shape
Bookmakers price player props two ways. Both come back in the same outcome shape, with the player on every price, so one parser handles every book and every sport.
Over/under props
player_pointsA two-sided market at one line. Every outcome carries the side, the price, the line and the player, so you can compare the same line across books or de-vig it for a fair price.
{ "name": "Over", "price": 1.95, "point": 23.5,
"player_name": "Cade Cunningham" },
{ "name": "Under", "price": 1.80, "point": 23.5,
"player_name": "Cade Cunningham" }Milestone props
player_points_milestonesThe "N or more" ladder: 20+ points, 250+ passing yards, 2+ hits. Each rung is an Over outcome with point set to N minus 0.5, so 25+ is 24.5 and lines up directly with over/under markets.
{ "name": "Over", "price": 1.42, "point": 19.5,
"player_name": "Cade Cunningham" },
{ "name": "Over", "price": 2.2, "point": 24.5,
"player_name": "Cade Cunningham" }Player Props by Sport
Prop market keys available per sport. Each sport page lists the full set alongside game markets.
Every key, league and bookmaker is listed on the coverage page.
Prop Prices from 20+ Bookmakers
The major US sportsbooks, the Australian corporates and the shared Australian feeds, all with player names matched across books. Which props a book carries depends on the book and the sport.
Every Player, One Request
Ask for a prop market and a list of books. You get every upcoming game and every player that market covers, from each book you named, in one response.
Group outcomes by player_name and point and you have a line-shopping table across the whole market. One prop market from up to five books costs 1 credit.
Read the API DocsWhat to Build with Player Prop Odds
Prop markets are where books disagree most. These are the tools that use that.
Prop line shopping
Show the best price on every player line across the market. Props move independently at each book, so the spread between books is often wider than on game lines.
Build an odds comparison screen →Positive EV on props
De-vig a sharp two-sided prop to a fair price, then flag books paying more than it. Works the same on milestone ladders once both are on the same point.
Build a positive EV scanner →Prop arbitrage
An Over at one book and an Under at another on the same player and line can lock in a profit. Standardised names make the cross-book match a dictionary lookup.

What is a player props odds API?
A player props odds API returns bookmaker prices on individual player performance, such as points, rebounds, passing yards, strikeouts, disposals or goals, instead of game results. RapidOddsAPI returns these prices from 20+ bookmakers in one standardised format, with the player on every outcome.
Which sports have player props?
NBA, WNBA and NBL, NFL and NCAAF, MLB, NHL, AFL and AFLW, NRL, soccer (EPL, MLS, the Champions League and other leagues), UFC and ATP tennis. That is over 130 player prop market keys in total.
What is the difference between over/under and milestone props?
An over/under prop has two sides at one line, for example player_points with Over 23.5 and Under 23.5. A milestone prop is a ladder of one-sided "N or more" prices, for example player_points_milestones with 20+, 25+ and 30+. Milestones come back as an Over outcome with point set to N minus 0.5, so 25+ is point 24.5 and both formats compare directly.
Are player names the same across bookmakers?
Yes. Every book spells players differently, so names are standardised before they reach the API. Each outcome carries a player_name field that matches across Bet365, DraftKings, Sportsbet and every other book, so you can group prices by player without writing a mapping table.
How many credits does a player props request cost?
The same as any other market: market types multiplied by bookmakers divided by five, rounded up. One prop market from up to five books costs 1 credit and returns every game and every player that market covers. The free plan includes 250 credits.
